Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another product, please place a new order through our website.

Sale Items Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within New Zealand.

International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally, however this can be organized if you get in touch. 

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.
